Tactical Switching Systems

Description

The AN/TTC-56(V)1 is housed in a S-788/G Lightweight Multi-Purpose Shelter and will provide voice and packet switching capability through the use of small, lightweight, modular switch equipment. One AN/TSM-210 Electronic Shop is provided with each Single Shelter Switch (SSS).

The AN/TTC-56(V)1 is designed to provide most of the capability of the AN/TTC-39D Circuit Switch and will provide secure and non-secure automatic switching and technical control for analog, digital, and mobile subscriber traffic.
